You can be a part of a big fundraiser for the GAFPA family! If you would like to volunteer to help us run the concession stands at Hodgetown Stadium on August 31st, contact Gennifer Schuster at 806-681-1115 for more information. When:

Saturday, August 31st, 4:45pm to 9th Inning (up to 9:30pm)

Where:

Feed & Seed Concession Stand at Hodgetown Stadium.

Go through the door on 8th street that says “Diamond Foods” Go through the kitchen door that takes you out to the stadium. We are working at the Feed & Seed Concession Stand.

What:

We will be running orders to the kitchen, taking payments and making drinks. Anyone 14 and over can volunteer. Hair must be put up, wear a baseball cap, if possible. No open toe shoes.

How:

The concession manager will give a run down of the rules, and a short training on running the cash register, drink preparation and running orders to the kitchen. Then we will help clean up around the 9th inning. Anyone 14 and over can volunteer. Hair must be put up, wear a baseball cap, if possible. No open toe shoes.

Why:

All tips will go to raise money for GAFPA community events and the Christmas Fund. Thank you so much!
